Osaka Visitors’ Information Center, Namba is located in a building close to Namba Station, served by subways Midosuji Line, Sennichimae Line, and Nankai Line. The Center provides advice on various aspects of sightseeing in Osaka City, and is open every day. The Center is also staffed by members of Osaka SGG Club, a volunteer organization set up to assist overseas visitors (una especie de Big Apple Greeters: OSGG Club website: www18.ocn.ne.jp/~osakasgg/ ).

- Primero Caminamos hacia el Sur:
- Den Den Town: Es el Akiba de Osaka, hay una calle llena de tiendas de electrónica y demás a 5 minutos caminando de la salida 5 de Nanba Station del metro de la Midosuji Line (roja). Address 〒556-0005 Nipponbashi and Ebisucho Naniwa-ku
- Tsutenkaku Tower
- Tennoji: 2,6km aprox. 31 minutes walk south from Nanba Station. Después de visitar el Den Den Town, hay que seguir para abajo un rato más, hasta encontrar el parque Tennoji (el de los homeless), unos jardines (chausuyamacho) y un templo (Shitennoji) que tiene pinta de inmenso.
- Pillamos el metro en la estación de Tennoji hasta Nanba ( cogiendo el tren de la Wakayama line 和歌山市行 y luego el Osaka Loop Line JR 大阪環状線 rojo hasta Nanba)

Restaurants of note in Dötonbori Kinryu Ramen: There are three Kinryu (Golden Dragon) Ramen restaurants in Dōtonbori, one at each end of the street and one in the middle. The chain is notable for its giant three-dimensional golden dragon billboards, as well as its outdoor seating consisting of tatami mats. Unlike many Japanese restaurants, Kinryu Ramen is open 24 hours, and offers a free garlic and kimchi bar. Kani Doraku: A crab restaurant, easily identified by its giant moving crab billboard. Otakoya: A popular takoyaki stand. Zubora-ya: A fugu restaurant with a huge blowfish lantern hanging out front. Dōtonbori Ramen Taishokudo: A ramen restaurant formed by eight famous ramen shops from across Japan. Hariju: A beef restaurant from 1924.They use only Japanese beef. One of the more famous beef restaurants. Cui-daore, a massive eight-storey restaurant with a different Osaka cuisine on each floor, was a self-proclaimed contender for the title of the world’s largest restaurant. However, it ceased operations and closed on 8 July 2008

- Yodobashi Camera Umeda: 5 minutes walk from “Osaka Station” of JR, “Umeda Station” of Hankyu and Hanshin Lines and Subway Midosuji Line.
